      Pros

      Flexibility, mobility, good culture, upward mobility.

      Cons

      It's public accounting. There is a lot of work to do and there are always going to be some politics and egos to deal with, but in general it's pretty minimal.

      Pros

      Crowe offers great benefits in terms of PTO, health care, and 401k options. The firm also offers decent training options and seminars.

      Cons

      I found the federal tax division to have issues with office politics and communication. The firm has made efforts to change the culture, but there was a pattern of disrespect, favoritism, and frankly, verbal abuse. Additionally, personnel in management were often not equipped to be managers in terms of communication and training skills. Even though there were great benefits, I found Crowe's NY tax office to be a very unhappy place to work.
