      -I loved the people I worked with -You get more personalized attention than at the Big 4 -Reimbursements when you travel

      Cons

      -Though it is a top 10 public accounting firm, it has little to no name recognition -Work/life balance is always difficult during busy season

      Pros

      The consulting practice in Chicago is very young, and very willing to give young people a high level of responsibility. Staff members are expected to deliver client facing presentations within a month and the ramp up time for interns is even shorter. With most of the partners of the practice base din Nashville or Grand Rapids, the office environment is very relaxed.

      Cons

      The largest downside is the project, and as a result client, dependency. You could absolutely love the team you're working with internally, but as with any other consulting practice there is little control over the client.

      Great culture. Management really takes an interest in each employee.

      Cons

      None. Turnover can be high as at any accounting firm. However, this provides employees a great opportunity for individual growth.
