      Pros

      Really flexible with the ability to gain experience in industries you have interest in. Work life balance actually does exist in this company.

      Cons

      Obviously, it goes without saying that the three plus months of busy season are quite exhausting. This is a constant for anyone working in public accounting though and it's not for everyone.

      Pros

      This company is fully invested in their culture and the employees. The company really takes its time to ensure that each employee fully understands Crowe's vision. I am grateful I get to finally have a company that believes and lives its values.

      None. After such a long search, I finally found home.

      Pros

      Very nice people A lot of very smart and well-meaning people Wide variety of types of work and industries to learn about In most ways, trusted and treated like an adult. Can work from anywhere. Lots of flexibility (though that probably depends on which group you're in). Lots of growth - healthy financially Great healthcare insurance

      Cons

      Penny pinchers - would rather save a few bucks than see the long-term investment advantages. Mean well but once in a while do stupid stuff like not allowing access to certain websites, including gmail. Too much work and very high expectations and not enough resources - need more people, more face time/travel - keep getting promises things will improve but they get crazier and more hectic every year. Burned out. Run by middle-aged conservative white guys who run the firm too conservatively and cautiously.
