I have worked at Crowe for more than 8 years and have had many growth opportunities and am well paid. I enjoy the culture and have access to top leadership via communication channels.
Cons
The challenge is that it is a growing organization that was founded in South Bend Indiana. Crowe wants to be a large company, but struggles with the thinking from when all personnel worked in the same office. It is a double edged sword. Crowe is not trying to be the big 4, yet wants to play and grow to a bigger middle market. Much like having growing pains, it is finding challenge with the processes and consistency across the organization when many offices want to run like small businesses. To be a large player one has to have a consistent business model.
