      Pros

      great work environment, great smart employees to work with. Many oportunities for growth as well as oportunities to work with a variety of industries

      Cons

      during busy season the work life balance is pretty lopsided. Crowe makes up for this during the rest of the year by offering a flexible schedule and 20 vacation days

      Pros

      Staff level is a solid group of individuals, and really fun to work with, and that right there makes the dreadful busy season bearable. Crowe pays for everything, and I mean EVERYTHING!

      Cons

      Wayyyy to conservative for me, and I understand you'll have this at an accounting firm, but try to loosen up a bit.

      Pros

      - Exposure to a wide variety of clients, which allows you to broaden your horizon. - Great exposure to the client at entry level positions. - Patient management that is willing to help you learn.

      Cons

      - Some clients are very small, which may limit opportunities outside of the firm. - Somewhat limited resources compared to larger firms. - Some client engagements seem to have miscommunications, which lead to pushing back the job.
