      Pros

      A person can have a steady job here. And Crowley Maritime has many opportunities.

      Cons

      I was stuck in the Government ships and didn't care for the hazardous nature of the work. The company policies required a tremendous amount of paperwork keeping me from doing real work. The ship was in bad condition money and time for repairs were in short supply.

We understand the workload too much paperwork can create and are striving towards a paperless environment. Crowley encourages all employees to speak up if they see unsafe situations such as vessels in disrepair so we can take proper and immediate action.       Salary levels don't match experience . The bottom line seems to drive the last word.
