      Cons

      Diversity has declined in the past 3 years. Management do not have people skills to deal with their team.

      Good company but struggles with change

      Pros

      Family owned business with dynamic leader who is fully committed.

      Cons

      3rd generation company who have many long-tenured people unwilling to adapt and change for the better and short-sighted to allow for future growth and optimization. Head of HR is a champion for change and High Performance Culture but not everyone embraces this philosophy.
