      Pros

      Great intern experience. Crowley employees are very considerate and helpful when it comes to contractors. They serve as great mentors and assist in a smooth acclimation into the work environment. Very trusting with responsibility allowing for personal as well as business growth.

      Honestly, there are none. Of course situation arise that are beyond your control but everyone works together to foster a solution

      Pros

      This is a large company but still very family oriented in that if you do your job they will take care of you and they offer excellent benefits including a 401k match! There are many opportunities for growth and most everyone is very happy and friendly!

      Cons

      The only downside is they the base pay tends to be lower than the market average but the additional benefits they offer definitely make up for it

      Pros

      Crowley has always taken great care of their employees both Admin and Marine. Hands down, there is no better marine logistics and operations company to work for.

      Cons

      I truly cannot think of a single con about Crowley. They support the fact that most of the shop is Union, either MM&P, SIU or IBU.
