      Pros

      Benefits package is decent, $300 in network deductible, self-insured. Retirement package is at or above average at 50% match up to 6%. Professional development is highly encouraged and training is paid for if applicable to your duties. Tuition reimbursement for Bachelor's/Post-Grad programs. Safety is taken seriously when people speak up.

      Cons

      Salary administration could use some work. Handbook says that a typical starting wage is 75-85% of the market value though HR does not disclose MV... Currently at 80% of value (fought with HR to get the MV) after 6 years with the company.

      Pros

      Good company to work for to gain experience. For an entry level position pay is decent. Would recommend to others.

      Cons

      Management needs to be changed. They don't recognize employees for their full potential instead down play their roll with company.

      Pros

      Generous benefits package & an undisputed commitment to safety. When it comes to the latter, the company truly does walk the walk.

      Cons

      It's 2015, not 1995. From the "open" floor plan (it's a cubicle farm) to leadership's inability to have a work-related conversation--no matter how mundane--outside of a scheduled meeting, Crowley's Jacksonville headquarters is where new ideas & inspired new hires go to die. Recognition & promotions is reserved for those with several years of service, not talent. Lack of true leadership.
