      Pros

      Crowley is a great company to work for. The provide training and offer great benefits. I love working for Crowley and I will come back to work with them at any time.

      Cons

      Crowley is a fast paced and always changing environment. In my eyes that is not a problem but is not for every one.

      Pros

      Good on the resume for going to work for another company, will give you all the training needed. then you can move on, always hiring because they can't retain people because of the pay.

      Cons

      Pay is lousy, these guys think they are doing you a favor to work for them. when in reality they are just a way to get the traing and move on, average employee is probably less than 5 years, they take pride in screwing you out of every dime they can, not half of what any reputable company in the gulf is paying.
