      A company stuck in the past. Pretty much a commodity industry. senior management team is pretty average, nothing special

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Most of the employees are good people and great to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of vision. Not an innovative management team, with a few exceptions of Todd & Rocky. Very political for a small company. Owner is a little disengaged with the business, leaves day to day running of the business to the SLT, most of whom should be grateful to work at Crowley. They would not be successful at any other company outside of the logistics industry.

      Strong benefits but old way of thinking. Definitely a good ol boys club.

      Pros

      Many great benefits and the view from the office is unbeatable. People stay there till retirement, very much a comfortable company.

      Cons

      Culture is poor and company is extremly top heavy. If ur not in the VP or O club you are expected to keep quite and do your work. No excitement and change that is only determined fr9m the top takes forever to make its way through the company. Also if you do not like Florida rethink this company.

      Pros

      Benefits were great when I started but dwindled over the years The department i worked in was great for years. It operated as a team.

      Cons

      outsourced a large part of IT department and IT operations became more fragmented and muddled .
