Pros

Employee deveopment which includes external and internal offerings, amazing health care benefits, long term company durability, ability to be relocated if desired.

Cons

Incosistent treatment of employees; depends on who you know. The work location is getting dangerous. Lack of work life balance because of work volumes.

Pros

There are some decent people that work there that make work much easier and the day go by much faster. Everyone seems to get along and relate well to one another.

Cons

i guess the downside to being employed there is that it probably is not suited for someone looking to advance in their careers.

Pros

Benefits, salary and job diversity. If you like challenging and different work, this is a good fit. Overall the employees both on the vessels and shoreside are hard working and loyal. The company has potential to grow and increase if it stays up with technology and information sharing.

Cons

Upper management tends to be aloof, with little contact or communications back down. The company is leaning towards being top heavy and short of experienced workers with good practical knowledge who actually do the work.
