I see no cons to working at Crown Castle

Very hostile environment. There’s little room for growth or sharing your opinion. Its very chain of command company and listening to the chain of command is not optional. They’re also unorganized and will blame you if the work isn’t right. Feels like they set you up for failure sometimes. There’s barely any training and you’re basically expected to wing it but be perfect. They use Oracle and it crashes constantly. Their excel files are massive and they crash also.
