      Pros

      Crown as a company is great. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Upper management in particular offices like to make their own rules and does not always abide to the values of crown. Employees are scared to speak up in fear of retaliation. They hire friends and family members and push them ahead of those who have been there for a while and have been asking for an opportunity to move forward.

      lots of good people to work with at mid level

      Cons

      terrible management. company is going downhill quickly with new management out of Houston. They will tell you anything to get you hired then forget about you or can't deliver on the promises. Very little room for advancement despite what you might be told.

      Very stable job environment and team building opportunities. Productive and engaging work environment. management treats employees with respect and keeps them informed on the market trends and company position on the market and upcoming upticks and downtrends. Its a completive industry but very positive.

      Cons

      The skillset for an Engineer to continue growing is limited so if you leave the telecomm industry you may have difficulties in other industries in finding employment or growth opportunities. you might get pigeon holed into Telecomm. for your entire career, which is very difficult industry to work in outside of the major players in the market.
