      Fairly organized company. Great people to work with. Usually converts contractors to full time employees within one year. Great opportunities to grow within the company

      Too many changes happening all at the same time. Becoming more of a corporate environment as shift towards customer focus begins

      Everyone is super friendly and upbeat. Catered lunches on Friday, good work-life balance, competitive pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes numbers focused to a fault. This is probably just my department, but when there is a new directive, we end up hearing through word-of-mouth versus an email which we can refer to if questioned.
