      Very low compensation compared to peers in IT. Only take a job here if you’re willing to make 30-50% less. Nonexistent benefits (paltry PTO, limited tuition reimbursement) Promotions are very hard to come by. You’ll never get a straight answer on what the timeline and expectations are for a promotion.
