Pros

Pay was competitive, multiple locations, paid bi weekly, good benefits, good vacation time, location was close to my home and located in a good area of town, Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm

Cons

Company had extremely unethical billing practices. They were charging new prices for used parts and technicians were billing customers for labor hours not performed. The inter office staff was extremely unprofessional and conducted conversations that in most work environments would be considered sexist and racists as well.

Benefits are the best part, nice new vans. other then that really cant think of any. Lowest paying forklift serving company in Springfield

Cons

Little room for advancement unless you are lazy and suck up, the motto hard work pays off does not apply here. Customer service is very poor, communication is not good with techs or customers. To crown all you are is an employee number i feel.

Pros

Very strong, privately held company. Best forklifts in the world. A good opportunity exists to promote anywhere in the world with in this company after about 3 years.

Cons

Salesmen are paid at an entry level wage and expected to be commission only after the first year. With the lower than average pay structure plus low vehicle mileage compensation, one should consider applying if they are entry level sales only. More experienced sales people can get a higher compensation package in this area from other employers.
