      A company where everyone is willing to help everyone else. They have great resources and a plan for getting to customers and repairing forklifts in a timely manner

      Pay and raises could be better. Sometimes trying to cover your travel time can be a hassle. But otherwise not very many cons

      Great medical benefit packages; double pay or paid day off for your birthday (hourly employees only); career advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Hourly employees are not able to make up time, for example if you come in late for whatever reason. Very strict on no overtime opportunities for office staff.
