      Pros

      This company is a team work based environment. There is always someone there to help you when you need it. There is always room for growth and advancement. They are always willing to train you to be the best you can be.

      Cons

      Only three days worth of sick time, but then again most companies now are doing the same three day sick time for the entire year. Time consuming job, but you get what you put in.

      Excellent work environment with managers and fellow employees who truly care about each other. Many opportunities for growth. The training they provide for their employees is world class.

      Cons

      Very thoughtful and careful approach to problem solving may be to slow of a pace for some people.

      Pros

      Crown takes pride in the development of every position within the company. If you aspire to do great things with the company you work for, this is the place to do it.

      Cons

      The only Con I have had over my time was vacation. It would be benificial to update with some additional time at the beginning of of your career. However once you are with the company for more than 10+ years it does improve.
