Amazing facilities, always kept clean and well lit, really encourages good work to be done. Work that I was doing felt rewarding, in depth, and productive.

Cons

Location wise, it is not easy to feel fully entertained as a young person looking for many varied things to do and experience outside of work.

Good benefits, clothing allowance, health insurance, vacation time. Can take time off if needed. Good number of vacation days, smaller allowance for sick days. Average pay - flexible in scheduling for special events. Paid training, excellent pro.

Cons

Working conditions can be difficult during very hot or cold weather, have to work outside in many locations. Having to relocate to move up in the company can be frustrating. Need more pay for those who work in areas that have high housing costs (CA)

highly experienced techs are relentlessly micro-managed . any plausible excuse is used to deny raises . unskilled rookies are hired by the boatload then turned loose at customer's .techs are routinely required to participate in inflating customers bills. field service managers are incompetent & always running scared
