Pros

Being one of the bigger lift-truck dealerships in the industry, you have a lot of resources to pull from as a sales rep. They also have some of the best brands in the industry.

Cons

There is very little sharing of information and territories often overlap so you're fighting internally for commission based sales. A lot of information is hidden when it could help sales reps.

Pros

Unique international private company. Pretty fair advancement opportunities. Good training Internal rewards system Many ways to obtain freedom from any sort of dead-end job.

Cons

Compared to the industry, this company does well. If you do not play the political game, just like any company, you could end up black-listed.
