Pros

Being one of the bigger lift-truck dealerships in the industry, you have a lot of resources to pull from as a sales rep. They also have some of the best brands in the industry.

Cons

There is very little sharing of information and territories often overlap so you're fighting internally for commission based sales. A lot of information is hidden when it could help sales reps.

Pros

Finds ways to make employees successful. Provides plenty of opportunities to advance and move around within various departments. Extensive training programs to help with advancement. Very fair compensation and benefits packages, especially for the low cost of living in the area. Management believes in work life balance.

Cons

Rural work setting, located an hour from metropolitan areas. Occasional communication disconnects between departments or groups can slow decision making down.
