Pros

Benefits are the best part, nice new vans. other then that really cant think of any. Lowest paying forklift serving company in Springfield

Cons

Little room for advancement unless you are lazy and suck up, the motto hard work pays off does not apply here. Customer service is very poor, communication is not good with techs or customers. To crown all you are is an employee number i feel.

Pros

There is a lot of great people working at Crown. Always encountering new and exciting people. IF you love Overtime, there is a LOT of it here. College reimbursement.

Cons

No real chance for advancement. Unless you know people in Plant 2, or higher ranking officials the chance to get a better ranking job. I love seeing a job that requires a Bachelor's degree and experience being filled by someone who has connections but no formal education or experience. It happens quite a bit.

Pros

Family oriented company with many couples/family members working within the company. I was fortunate enough to get my wife into the company. Very supportive of their military members in the reserves and guard. I can get off for my training with no problem. I believe supervision does the best they can. Very clean facilities as well for what they do. Safety is a top priority at the company and don't want their employees lifting anything that could be too much. Great benefits, and retirement package. This was my first job after serving in the military for 10+ years, and I believe I made the right choice.

Cons

At the factory, you get a 10 minute break, and a 20 minute lunch break, and thats it, but they are paid breaks. You are at 'work' for 8 hours, not 8 and a half due to breaks. Thats about the only bad thing I can think of.
