It is a small facility so residents become like family.

Cons

Poor communication from supervisor. Constantly pulled to do things that are not necessarily part of your job description.

The staff and management was friendly and helpful. It was wonderful knowing that I made a difference in someone life.

Cons

If you are squeamish its probably not a good fit for you but the rewards are excellent!
