Pros

Okay pay, fun coworkers, varying shifts.

Cons

Management is unrealistic, will ask for secretarilay work as a sales rep and then fire because your not making enough sales. No raises, numerouse reviews. No compensations for anything. Executives pride themselves on denying unemployment claims.

Pros

40 hours a week. That's about it.

Cons

Environmental violations. HR violations (breaks/lunches). Mandatory overtime. Cronyism/nepotism (every Smalley ever has worked here, and done less work for more $ than other employees). No real training. No upward mobility. No work/life balance.

Pros

Monthly potlucks and company gear were appreciated

Cons

No ethics, no support, poor management, unprofessional management staff, overworked and underpayed. Income structure presented during interview process is only possible if you use unethical sales tactics and work 60 hours per week. Hostile work environment with an outrageously high turnover rate.
