Pros

You do not have to wear a mask.

Cons

The managers will lie and say whatever is necessary to get people through the door. Upper management has the privilege of picking their schedule and having assigned parking in the parking lot. Basic employees are subjected to parking on the street and taking whatever schedule they are given. Employees won’t receive their schedules until after training. Management has a rude demeanor and is unwelcoming. Female management in particular is especially toxic towards other women. The training process is very much sink or swim. They are constantly looking for new employees because of their revolving door work ethics.

Pros

Good health benefits. Close at 5. Closed on Sunday .

Cons

Open 6 days , you work 6 days if you’re salaried. Little regard for employee welfare. Understaffed offices. Understaffed at corporate, so little to no support Terrible roadside program so you’re constantly getting yelled at bc they couldn’t speak to anyone. Don’t allow employees to maintain the products thoroughly , because they’re always understaffed
