Some (but very, very few) high-level business stakeholders (mostly underwriting in one or two groups) treat IT groups very poorly by questioning in a condescending way expertise, as well as using intimidation and circumventing tactics to push for solutions that are not scalable or appropriate for the need. Unfortunately, as some of these high-level individuals bring in big money, their behavior continued to be enabled. Way, way too many meetings. Some employees have 6-8 meetings a day and have no consideration for already booked calendars, sometimes quadruple booking attendees.
