      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, good 401k and stock purchase program. Company is going through change but the future looks bright. Good management in place.

      Cons

      Confusing company to navigate, somewhat depressing office environment, poor bonus program, lack of marketplace presence. Divisions work in silos with little interaction

      Pros

      I like the flexible schedule and enjoy the employee committee events. It also appears that the company is constantly growing and that makes me feel stable.

      Cons

      I believe the bonus plan could be more robust. I am not a fan of the star award program.

      Slave Labor, operations managers have no idea what they're doing yet expect high output and can't answer even basic questions.

      Cons

      Everything, If I can discourage even one person from joining operations I'll be satisfied.
