      Pros

      Nice people, great benefits, flex time, onsite cafeteria, good learning opportunities, management recognizes talent, internal promotions, fitness room onsite, ATM onsite, in house IT department, not in downtown Morristown.

      Cons

      Building needs some repairs, food in cafeteria could be better, traffic can get crazy, parking deck needs repairs, office and cubicle decor needs an update, some conference rooms could be better equipped as PCs and projector are not available in all.
