Can set your own timings if you're an hourly wage earner.

Very long work weeks and hours for salaried employees, no work life balance, very low pay & no clear communication from Upper Management. After having been appointed manager, the General Manager didn't even announce it to the team for over a week. HR has to this date not contacted me once to communicate anything including setting my hours. One of the Owners is a wonderful person and the only reason I'm still with them but barring him and a few others, people don't believe in communicating things to employees, irrespective of whether they are minimum wage & part time or full time.
