The environment is very lively and friendly. The MSR responsibilities are not difficult to learn and follow. Easy first time job with flexible hours.

Cons

If you are looking for a minimum wage job this job is good, however there are little opportunities to grow within the company.

Long hours, underpaid, very narrow minded and opinionated senior management (very Christian organisation). If you don’t follow every trend or fad they follow, you’ll be shunned.
