Great company culture, fantastic benefits, lots of free swag, many celebrations, fantastic people, robust software, and great location. If you work hard you'll be acknowledged for your efforts.

Cons

There are so many people working on the software and there are a ton of components that are interdependent it makes it hard to track down the person you need to find to get something done. The majority of people are extremely receptive and will help address any inquiries.
