Pros

Co workers - we all really get along and help one another. Truly the best folks I have worked with in a long time. Growth - there is always someone getting promoted from our group to other positions in the company. That is great to see. Customers - our customers really like our product and I enjoy working with them. HQ - new building rocks. right in the middle of everything.

Cons

Sometimes the small company feeling can come into play like the President is talking to you about product issues. Sometimes this is a great thing and sometimes, it is too much. Frosty Fridays (company meetings) - bring them back.
