Great benefits, competitive salary, abundant time off, plentiful sick days, and a ton of perks both personal and professional. It doesn't get any better as long as you're willing to work hard and meet deadlines. We're all equally dedicated and enjoy working long hours to serve our fans.

I've worked at Ellation on the Crunchyroll side for 1.5 years. I love this company and all my co-workers. Some really smart, passionate and interesting folks. The comapny is profitable and growing quickly which translates into good benefits, a nice office, and more job security for employees. It still has a start-up vibe to it, which I like. We can pitch ideas and move pretty fast.

Cons

Still catching up to some of its fast growth - new employees, ironing out work processes, etc.
