Gorgeous office in SF, great lunch perks and snacks Really cool to work with other people who are passionate about anime, great camaraderie within teams and plenty of fun things to do together related to anime and games.

Cons

Leadership doesn't understand or empathize with their work force and fails to understand how long it takes to accomplish most tasks. Like every other review here stating the obvious, this company’s biggest issue and detriment is its leadership. Management consistently hires friends into VP roles, regardless of qualifications, and it shows! These “leaders” run teams through intimidation rather than strategy, making demands with no data or facts to support them. Instead of fostering collaboration and growth, they create a culture where people are expected to obey, not contribute. Talented employees are overlooked while unqualified favorites are promoted, leaving morale at rock bottom. If you’re looking for a workplace where merit, innovation, and respect matter don’t bother here.
