First, there are many anime fans where I work and many new smart engineers and leaders. A legacy platform is being replaced, so there is an opportunity to make an impact and tons of passion around modernizing the systems. Everyone has a voice and influence.

Cons

The office is amazing and there is a hybrid model or remote working model for engineers. Because the engineers are distributed, many conversations happen on zoom. I miss the in-person energy from pre-pandemnic, but that's just me.

The culture is fun and everyone I have encountered has been helpful. There is a lot of growth and opportunity.

Cons

I have not see any cons at this point. The closest to a con is how busy it can be but that is an opportunity to help build and improve processes.
