-lots of recent growth and general stability -coworkers are good people who genuinely care about their craft

Cons

-few opportunities for upward mobility -everything is being outsourced these days -pay may not be competitive -FTE return to work plan (will fire you if you can't be in office)

If you bust your butt to over-deliver, job security is fairly obtainable.

Cons

Still a lot of toxic and ineffective leaders in many business areas. RTO is more and more a thing. Technology alignment to goals is poor and a lot of tech debt looms in front of progress.
