Pros

Excellent entrepreneurial environment (I am biased, as the founder). We do prioritize a culture of go-getter, proactive, ambitious, eager to grow their career hires.

Cons

Demand and quality of work can be too much for those who are looking for a bit more balance. It also depends largely on the role, some roles are very stable while our US sales roles require significant hours and determination. It is also quite challenging on the creative front if you're a mediabuyer or AM of the advertising teams.

We have a very open culture where executives really listen to feedback and ideas. The company trusts their employees and gives superstars what they deserve. With the fast paced-growth of the company, the value to "improve every day" lives up to its name as we all work together collectively to challenge the status quo every day to deliver the best and service to our clients.

Cons

The company is still fairly young, so the benefits aren't as extensive as what an enterprise company can offer (yet).

Working from home provides flexibility and convenience, and having great coworkers.

Cons

There is no future here they force you to work different jobs besides your job description. There are raises but don't expect much they give u 3-5 percent increase. For staying how long in this company they don't really care about you much.
