      Pros

      the work is super rewarding, and not for the light hearted. this crew works hard and will carve you out of wood. this is very much a startup, but nothing like others that are run irresponsibly.

      Cons

      this is a tech company, much like the other tech companies, we had layoffs. that has left some sour when they were let go.

      Interesting idea for a company with some really smart people.

      Cons

      Everything they claim they offer was removed. No wfh, no commuter benefits, management has no flexibility and requires long days. Worst leadership I have ever worked for, the top leaders are in an ivory tower and those below them have no clue what they are doing. True start up culture in which they bleed money for “cool” perks but forget about how to actually treat employees and lead.

      The best reason is to make a paycheck and learn how to be your own boss. With such poor management you really have an opportunity to learn how to be a leader yourself.

      Cons

      The cons are plentiful. If you want to be over worked and put yourself last and a company first , this is the place for you.
