      Pros

      Interesting idea for a company with some really smart people.

      Cons

      Everything they claim they offer was removed. No wfh, no commuter benefits, management has no flexibility and requires long days. Worst leadership I have ever worked for, the top leaders are in an ivory tower and those below them have no clue what they are doing. True start up culture in which they bleed money for “cool” perks but forget about how to actually treat employees and lead.

      Some of my favorite colleagues and friends. Fun events I coordinated!

      Cons

      Got laid off because they didn’t want me to grow in my role. They kept an EA and a contractor to do my job lol manager was also a first time manager and didn’t account for years of experience to lead me. I had more experience and skills than her lol don’t work here if you don’t want to grow.

      Talented engineers across the org; some truly motivated to solve hard problems. Exposure to interesting infra problems (HPC, distributed systems, cloud infra).
