Hi-Tempo workplace Building from the ground floor (if you like building SOPs, MOPs, and creating the standard) Competitive Pay amongst other start-ups and even hyperscalers for tech

Cons

Work outside of core hours is common - This is a start-up, and there is lots to build. Focus is on deployment and scaling, but there seems to be neglect for long-term strategic problem-solving. (This may be a communication/interpretation issue) Today's problems are yesterday's solutions.
