      Maybe maayyyybe the stock will be worth something someday

      The focus is on doing everything fast even if that means things are done illegally, unsafely, incorrectly, etc. For some reason C-Suite has a hard time communicating to management so there is a huge disconnect between leadership and what they are promising shareholders and customers and what can actually be done by the employees. High turnover in leadership and management and zero transparency about why. Benefits keep getting taken away from employees. CEO is a professional B.S.-er

      Closed door politics leads to innocents being collateral damage

      The people (that weren't management) were really great. The benefits and pay were good as well.

      Cons

      A few bad apples have been let in (unfortunately, in management positions) that play closed door politics when you aren't around. Depending on the game they're playing, you will end up as collateral damage in order for them to win. Hard working, high performing employees have been walked out the door because of this. It's a really sad thing to see and be a part of. Unfortunately, the leadership execs are so far removed from the day to day that they don't realize this is happening.
