We were all over worked in our department, it was our fault if we couldn't get people in the door for interviews. Even though those candidates were adults and we cant force people through doors. It seemed like if you came in before your manager and left after your manager that is when you were liked the most. If you came in on time and left on time per your scheduled hours you were given dirty looks through those clean clean glass windows. Also within those clean clean glass windows it was informed many of times that it felt like when the doors were closed they would talk about us as they stared at us, but when we brought it up to them they stated they were way to busy to do that. RIGHT, because everyone is way to busy to talk bad about another person. We were pushed to do projects in our department that we were never trained to do. We are RECRUITERS, we are not; teachers, presenters, MANAGERS, or babysitters to grown men. They worked a lot of our department into exhaustion to where leaves of abences had to take place just to get a break. We had to deal with manager after manager just treating like us like crap and when we would go to higher ups nothing was taken seriously. We had managers in the field and in our own department make sexist jokes about women and how they would refuse to hire a woman for the field because the male manager feels like they just couldn't do the job without even meeting with them.
