Hours, vacation time, stress levels. In my position it feels almost impossible to find the time for a vacation. The company offers the paid vacation, but with the way things are growing, I can't find the time to use it. And if you don't use it, you lose it.

Not enough customers to reach promised amount of pay. Commission based and was told 70k minimum should make. After 8 months had full scope of customers in place and based of gallons, would only make 55k and quota is not even achievable. Before started, they removed 40k gallons a year from route and did not adjust quota when I started. All winter customers burn oil so impossible to hit quota which causes a delay in first possible bonus till July. Yes you can make unlimited salary by getting new customers but the issue is the starting pay, when take a new job you need to know how much your making NOW not in 10 years. To get to 70k I needed 100k more gallons and that would take YEARS TO AQUIRE that many customers. Just not what I started for. Its great for young kid just starting and can make 55k easy first job. But I came from a company making 55 to 60k possibly. So I was looking for increase. Plus the oil dept gets no actual support on sales AT ALL.. only parts washer b9x truck dept gets all the supprt cause bm gets bonus off their revenue. Its not fair. People were good people but the oil system in this branch is not ideal when promised 70k to start.
