Cons

Everyplace no matter where you go has room for improvement. Management is willing to listen and take concerns to heart. Stepping out of tunnel vision will move you forward and not stay stagnant

There seems to be pros in the beginning, but you quickly learn there are not. They underpay and undervalue their employees.

Cons

The executive team does not care about the people who run and support their business. They are quick to stab you in the back, give employee bonuses to others out of spite, and set you up for failure if you are in a newly created role.
