Management is the absolute worst Relies heavily on oil and gas (when oil is doing good, you do good. When oil tanks, you become expendable)

Flexibility in schedule your days. Management support. Opportunity for growth and personal advancement. Individual work in a team environment. Good benifits

Cons

Quotas to meat each month are really the only down side but was never really an issue to meet personal goals. It is a little difficult to meet quota as a branch when some aspects of the team are not your controll.

Cons

Everyplace no matter where you go has room for improvement. Management is willing to listen and take concerns to heart. Stepping out of tunnel vision will move you forward and not stay stagnant
