Only con was they do not have a footprint in Southern CA. so I was unable to transfer.

Pros

Loved the benefits and colleagues. Some people are long time employees which speaks volumes.

Cons

Poor management. Workload doubled and I got a .28 cent raise to account for it. Out of touch management.
