Compensation is the best i have ever seen Branch managers i have had are the best bosses i have ever had I do whatever i want noone tells me i have to do anything its like running your own business withput all the problems and headaches When you make sales the bonuses are very rewarding Continuous praise and encouragement from bosses

Middle management is petty arrogant and trip on their ego too often

Pros

Great benefits. Excellent hours, pretty much work your own schedule. Leave early come in early. You can make what you want depending on how much effort you put in. If you work your route hard and build your clientele this can be a rewarding position.

Cons

You do ALL the work for the sale. Cold call. Service the account and a debt collector. Have to deal with small shops that want the best equipment for the lowest price. Vacation pay is absurd. They need to take a average of your last 6 months and give you that as your vacation pay.
