Cons
Upper management. Too many key players were brought over from SK that ran them into bankruptcy, now we're headed in the same direction. "Leadership by intimidation" is how the top brass run, as if we're still in the 70's! Pay is heavily performance based, creates an environment that is unsafe and high stress. Poor pay for the work and hours required, lack of proper training, constant price increases, overpriced services, run-down facilities, unrealistic growth expectations, recent "pay enhancements" that brought down all employees' pay, BM's have to pay for all expenses and supplies and wait a month for reimbursement and little to no guidance or help from upper management when needed. Not to mention, just when you start to get close to your quotas and start making more money the quotas miraculously go up!
