Pros

They want you to grow. If you express interest in design, programming, or art there are people there willing to help you. Very chilled and laid back environment (Can be high stress though during crunch time) I enjoyed the abundance of overtime even though I could see that as a con for some people.

Cons

Deviating, changing, adding designs, features, or systems without giving QA knowledge at the last minute.
